A wireless tourguide system by Integrated Audio Systems allows a factory tour to be conducted on the production floor of a noisy manufacturing facility without having to shout to be heard.  The tourguide uses a handheld 'wand' microphone (or an optional headworn microphone) that plugs into a small wireless belt-pack transmitter.  The attendees wear a lightweight headphone and a similar sized belt-pack receiver.   A control knob on the receiver allows each attendee to adjust the volume of the tour guide's voice in their headphone. The superior audio clarity, rejection of ambient noise, and the natural tone of these wireless systems allow the tourguide to better control the pace and continuity of the presentation.   System size is almost limitless.  A single tourguide can transmit to 2 attendees or 200 attendees!
