Solution:

Our MP3 interface resolves a multitude of concerns:

• Safety Message: A message drafted by the legal department can be downloaded on to an MP3 (iPod) player. By connecting the MP3 player to the transmitter (using our MP3 interface cable), the message can be transmitted to every attendee’s receiver. Thus, the message is always told the same way every time. There are no accidental phrase deletions or a non-professional inflection by a tour guide that may be having a bad day.
• Historical Information: The MP3 player can contain historical information on your company. A pre-produced message can provide a professional presentation about your company’s history and key milestones over the years. It can then inform the attendees that the tour is about to begin.
• Training: Record an entire tour route presentation and have a tour guide trainee walk the route and listen & learn prior to taking attendees out.

The owner is responsible for providing an MP3 player, producing and downloading the recorded message to the MP3 device. An iPod interface cable can be ordered with, or added to, a 'basic system' at any time. A specialty ‘wye’ cable will be provided if your system includes Wireless “Pass Around” Q&A Equipment,  Executive Tour Equipment, or Wireless Translation Equipment.
