Adding Executive Tour Equipment

Case Study:

"We give executive tours to key vendors.  Our plant manager wants to go on the tour but not conduct it.  However, he wants to be able to “chime in” to supplement the tour guide’s presentation.  How can we accomplish this without burdening the plant manager with a lot of confusing equipment?"

Solution:

Just ask for our ‘Executive Tour’ option.  By utilizing a repeater receiver on the tour guide’s belt, the plant manager simply wears a standard receiver and headphone (like the attendees). He then  holds a handheld wireless microphone (or wears a headworn microphone with the transmitter clipped to his / her belt).  This is a full duplex system (e.g. both the tour guide and the plant manager can speak at the same time - like a telephone!). Thus, there are no push-to-talk buttons that need to be depressed before you can speak.  It works great and is one of our most popular options.
