Adding Wireless Translation

Case Study:

"Our firm has been increasing its sales to foreign countries.  We now have clients visiting our facility that do not speak English.  We have access to translators but out on the plant floor they have to stand close to our tour guide in order to hear the tour guide’s message and then simultaneously translate.  Furthermore, the design of our existing tour guide system only allows us to conduct a tour with a single translator.  We would like to combine multiple languages into a single tour while having our English speaking tour guide lead the tour."

Solution:

Our design allows up to two translators (e.g. Spanish and Chinese) to simultaneously translate while the tour guide conducts the tour in English.  This system;

  • Allows simultaneous presentation in up to 3 languages!
  • Enables the translators to clearly hear the tour guide in their headphones regardless of where they are standing. Thus they can stand with the group they are translating to rather than having to stand next to the tour guide
  • Permits you to add wireless Q&A.  Thus, if your needs only require two languages (e.g. English and Chinese), you may integrate a wireless Q&A microphone into the system to allow the translator to relay questions back to the tour guide from the foreign speaking guests.
  • This equipment can be ordered with, or added to, a ‘basic system’
